Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! Here’s what you need to know:

 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them. Items that are dirty, smell like smoke or detergent, have animal hair, deodorant marks, or show wear will not be accepted.

  • All original tags must be intact.

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

  • We only accept returns and exchanges for items bought directly from OUR SPIRITS or authorized distributors. Third-party returns or exchanges are not accepted.

  • Returns are at the discretion of OUR SPIRITS.

Shipping Costs

  • Non-refundable: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

  • Return Shipping: Customers pay for return shipping and shipping for exchanges. We recommend using shipping insurance and tracking.

  • Lost/Damaged Packages: OUR SPIRITS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

  • Undeliverable Packages: You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs for refused or undeliverable packages.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Email us at hello@ourspirits.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Prepare Your Package:

    • Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.

    • Include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip.

  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email hello@ourspirits.co.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at hello@ourspirits.co within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos if possible.
